• Support, Training & Conferences: Actively contributing to training efforts in Moroccan institutions and universities to provide the Moroccan aerospace sector with the expertise of network members.
• Participation in Continuing Education within Moroccan companies upon request.
• Engagement in Scientific Seminars and Conferences in Morocco.
• Organization of Scientific Competitions with a training-oriented approach.
Research and Innovation
• Support for applied research projects in partnership with academic and industrial centers.
• Integration of numerical simulations and advanced engineering tools to optimize aerospace processes.
Talent Development and Career Support
• Implementation of mentorship and coaching programs with aerospace industry experts.
• Organization of networking events and professional meetings to connect young talents with industry leaders.
• Assistance with job placement and career development by facilitating access to employment and internship opportunities.
Development of Strategic Partnerships
• Collaboration with aerospace clusters such as GIMAS and AMC to align training programs with industry needs.
• Partnerships with academic and institutional organizations, including CNRST, to promote access to cutting-edge infrastructure.
• Strengthening relationships with international stakeholders to encourage knowledge exchange and access to new development opportunities.
Event and Conference Organization
• Management of major events like SKILL-UP, providing students and professionals with an immersive learning environment.
• Organization of international conferences in collaboration with experts and industry partners.
• Hosting hands-on workshops and technology competitions to encourage innovation and the practical application of acquired skills.
